By using our website, and by buying a product via our website you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms just as if you had actually signed a binding agreement to that effect.

In these terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer School Frames and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to the customer.

You can find our product prices on our website. We will update them from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Orders and payment
You must pay in full when you place an order.
We will contact you immediately if your chosen Frame is not in stock.

Shipping and Delivery
$10 Flat-Rate Shipping Fee on all orders outside local Brisbane.

Free delivery on all orders in the local Brisbane area. Please contact us if you are unsure if you are located in the free delivery area.

To ensure prompt delivery, School Frames uses Australian courier companies.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We will contact you immediately if your order is going to take longer than 48hrs to dispatch.

Damaged Goods.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. There is always a small risk when posting fragile items. If your School Frame is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to fix the issue as quickly as we can.
We take extreme care with postage and handling but we are unable to replace glass. It is not possible to send a sheet of glass through the post. If your glass is damaged, we will promptly refund the cost of the glass and you can purchase another at your local picture framer.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after you have received them.

Our priority is making sure that you love your School Frame.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your School Frame/s, you may return it, within 7 days of the receiving date and we will issue a full refund. Any expenses incurred on returning the School Frame/s will be the responsibility of the customer.
You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging.

We do not store or share any customer payment details. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Our website is our property. Our website includes copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks which belong to us and others. You can only use it to browse and purchase our products.

We have done our best to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and we don’t guarantee that our website is free from errors or faults. We accept no liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or faults.
